The Mindset

I spent five years as a military contractor at Ramstein AB, Germany—upgrading NATO HQ Brussels with miles of fiber optics, and terminating cable in the 555th Fighter Squadron command center at Aviano AB while F-16s flew combat sorties over Bosnia.

There was no "move fast and break things." There was only: it must work, and it must be verifiable.

Twenty years later, I discovered the AI industry had accepted non-determinism as inevitable. My father—a systems programmer/analyst since the 1960s who built enterprise systems that ran decades without failure—taught me better. So I built ESE: the first property-tested agent framework with deterministic guarantees and three assurances no other platform provides.

The Platforms

I don't build speculative products. I build solutions to problems I've lived inside.

The Rig

came from medic school. I enrolled to understand how EMTs are actually taught—and found the gaps myself. The Rig is what I wished I'd trained on.

Kronyql

came from forty years as a professional singer. I was twenty-three when I became lead singer of the Atlanta Rhythm Section. Later, as SVP of A&R at Universal Music Group, I saw how easily artists get squeezed by opaque accounting and AI dilution. Kronyql is the infrastructure I wished existed for every musician I ever signed.

The Engine

All platforms run on ESE—the Emerita Sovereign Engine. It's the first property-tested agent framework with deterministic guarantees. It provides deterministic execution, cryptographically verifiable audit trails, and production‑tested compliance across HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, 21 CFR Part 11, and Sovereign Asset frameworks.

ESE is not a product we sell. It's the infrastructure we license. The platforms are not our business. They're our proof.

The Sovereignty Spectrum

Every platform is sovereign by design—but sovereignty isn't binary.

The Rig runs cloud-native. Its scenarios are fabricated. It's built for scale.

Kronyql deploys locally on dedicated storage. No public cloud touches the royalty vault.

This isn't hybrid cloud. It's post-cloud infrastructure for organizations that have moved past trust and into proof.

The Mission

Twenty years ago, I terminated a fiber run in a NATO command center and learned that mission-critical systems don't get to be probabilistic.

They have to work. And you have to be able to prove it.

That standard has never left me.

From the Founder

"I spent a month wiring the command center for the Triple Nickel at Aviano AB while they flew combat sorties over Bosnia. I know what mission-critical looks like. This isn't a law of physics. It's a design flaw. And I fixed it."

Five years as a military contractor upgrading NATO HQ Brussels with fiber optics. One month at Aviano AB terminating cable while F-16s taxied past open manholes. The lesson: it must work, and it must be verifiable. Twenty years later, I discovered AI's non-determinism. My father—a systems programmer/analyst since the 1960s—taught me better. So I built ESE—the first property-tested agent framework with deterministic guarantees, cryptographically verifiable audit trails, and production-tested compliance.
